- Manage the complete leasing cycle including inquiries, viewings, negotiations, lease execution, and renewals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants
- Handle tenant escalations and resolve leasing related issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners
- Oversee lease documentation, renewals, amendments, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Residential Leasing within the real estate sector
- Experience with real estate developers, property management companies, or leading real estate consultancies
- Strong knowledge of residential leasing practices and market trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Manager – Residential Leasing to oversee leasing operations for a residential property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income across residential assets.
- Achieve leasing targets in line with business objectives and occupancy goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks to recommend pricing strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance and tenant retention.
- Manage the complete leasing cycle, including inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, lease execution, and renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants.
- Handle tenant escalations and resolve leasing related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and tenant retention.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular meetings with brokerage firms to generate leasing leads and enhance market visibility.
- Monitor broker performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee lease documentation, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Residential Leasing within the real estate sector.
- Experience with real estate developers, property management companies, or leading real estate consultancies.
- Strong knowledge of residential leasing practices and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master's degree will be an added advantage.
