- Supervise and monitor all on site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and approve contractor submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and quality control requirements
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports, technical reports, and project documentation
- Review and certify contractor work, measurements, and payment applications
- Coordinate design activities by reviewing technical drawings and ensuring alignment between civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Participate in project meetings and provide timely progress updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related fields
- 15+ years of experience in construction supervision, project management, or engineering consultancy
- Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Saudi regulations and international engineering standards
- Experience working with engineering consultancy firms is preferred
- Professional certifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or related fields are an advantage
