About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Architect Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, coordinating with project teams, overseeing site activities, and ensuring projects are completed in line with quality standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and project documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Review project specifications and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Monitor project progress and support site supervision activities
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery
- Assist in project planning, reporting, and technical problem-solving
- Support design development and value engineering initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering
- 5–10 years of proven experience in architectural engineering
- Strong expertise in 3D modeling, construction practices, and project coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, and Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with local building regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
