Responsibilities
- Respond to residence owners' and guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
- Announce visitors and permit access only to authorized individuals using key track system
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Assist with bell/valet services and lobby ambassador tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and safety standards
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian language
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds

Position Summary
- Respond to Residence owners’ and their guests’ requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
- Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities
- Announce visitors and permit access to only authorized visitors
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian language is required
Responsibilities
- Respond to special requests from Residence owners and their guests
- Assist with scheduling of the elevator for move in/out
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
- Review shift logs and document pertinent information
- Report any incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Additional Information
- Work hand in hand with the appointed Community Management Company
- Operate in compliance with community rules, by laws, and governance structures
- Deliver services with a resident first mindset
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion
