- Support the smooth running of the reservations department, delivering high level guest experiences

- Deliver on plans and objectives to achieve reservations initiatives and hotel targets

- Ensure costs and inventory are controlled, and productivity and performance levels are attained
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Review and scrutinize business performance, providing recommendations to drive financial performance
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and best practices for internal and external audit
Requirements
- Proven experience in a reservations position, ideally within a hotel environment
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands on approach
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Ability to adapt to changing service environments
- Skilled with Microsoft Office software, especially in Excel
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments

Job Description
- We are currently seeking a Reservations Supervisor to join our vibrant team at Park Inn by Radisson, Dubai Motor City.

Skills and Experience
- As a Reservations Supervisor, you embody a unique blend of precision, efficiency, and a customer centric approach.
- Supports the smooth running of the reservations department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level.
- Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution.
- Delivers on plans and objectives where reservations initiatives & hotel targets are achieved.
- Supervises the reservations team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
- Accountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Reviews and scrutinizes the performance of the business, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance.
- Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented.
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands on approach and lead by example work style.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem solving capabilities offering support where required.

- Proven experience in a reservations position, ideally within a hotel environment
