- Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements; prepare itineraries, tickets, and travel documents accurately
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm bookings, update availability, and provide management with booking trends and client feedback
Requirements
- Open to Tagalog speakers, 32 years old and below
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a reservation agent or in travel and tourism customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in travel booking systems and MS Office
