- Handle guest reservation requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services
- Process, update, and confirm reservations while ensuring all guest details are accurate
- Maximise room revenue by promoting hotel services, room upgrades, and special offers
- Assist guests with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent preferred
- One or more years of experience in reservations, front office, or customer service, preferably in a hotel environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems preferred
- Must speak local language(s)
- Other languages preferred

Job Overview

What We Need from You
