- Welcome guests, inform them about specials or new items, answer questions, and accept orders and payments
- Prepare requested drinks such as hot beverages, mocktails, cocktails, soft drinks etc. and serve items to guests
- Package food and beverages for sale
- Clean and restock work and dining areas, empty trash and sanitize equipment and utensils
- Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality
- Update signage and displays to attract guests
- Take inventory and replenish items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter
- Work as part of a fun, high energy team
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a similar role in a four or five star hotel or comparable industry
- Ability to work with and engage teams from different cultures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quality oriented with focus on details
- High performance standards, able to multi task and meet deadlines
- Technical proficiency in related software preferable

- Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is a perfect location that completely understands Modern business travelers.
- Located in the cosmopolitan Dubai Marina area, the 3,037 square meter hotel is next to Dubai Marina Mall and within walking distance of the picturesque pedestrian promenade.
- We are currently recruiting for a full time Barista to join our enthusiastic team.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
- Preparing requested drinks such as hot beverages, mocktails, cocktails, soft drinks etc. and serving items to the guests.
- Packaging food and beverages for sale.
- Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
- Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
