- Organize and control the work of Commis in your section
- Participate in work meetings with your colleagues and chefs
- Control the stock of your sections and transmit your orders to your superior
- Make suggestions for new preparations, dishes or presentations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel
- Strong HACCP procedures and application
- Ability to handle multi national team
- High organization skill, highly motivated, focus on training and developing staff
- Good administration skill

- As a Chef de Partie Pastry you are responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.

Candidate Profile
- The successful candidate will be hands on leader with the ability to positively coach and motivate the team to success.
- Ideally, the candidate would have minimum 2 years experiences in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
- Able to handle multi national team.
- Strong in HACCP procedures and application.
- Exposure to outlet opening.
- Exposure to a wide variety of outlets.
- The position required a high organization skill; highly motivated; focus on training and developing staff member; good administration skill.
