About the Role

- Participate in business development efforts including prospecting and preparing sales materials and proposals
- Select and offer appropriate research methodology and data analysis to clients
- Lead project teams and present deliverables to clients
- Manage overall project activities, resources, and budget
- Develop proposals (financial and technical) for market research studies
- Develop conclusions and actionable recommendations
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's and Master's degree
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience as a Research Manager
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- At least two job referrals
- Fluent in English and Arabic (reading and writing)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Participating in business development efforts ranging from prospecting to preparation of sales materials and proposals with special focus on private sector
- Select and offer the proper research methodology and data analysis to the client
- Preparing of the development of client ready deliverables by actively leading the project team and presenting deliverables to the client
- Taking on full ownership of a work stream within a large project or the leadership of the project as a whole
- Overall Project Management of all assigned projects, including developing and managing the project plan, managing activities, resources, and budget, delivering within deadlines, ensuring contract execution, invoicing, payments, and release letters
- Developing proposal (financial and technical) for market research studies
- Development of conclusions and actionable recommendations
- Participation in client meetings and client interaction
- Contributing towards development of coherent and concise deliverables
- Structuring the project framework and defining specific methodologies
- Actively managing the client relationship during the project
- Leading the project team by ensuring quality and on time delivery
Minimum Competency Required
- Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree
- At least 7 to 10 years previously working as a Research Manager with a proven record of sales targets achieved
- At least two referrals
- Use of MS applications
- Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Good Communication skills
- Fluent in English & Arabic (Reading & Writing)
