- Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and scorecards based on business requirements
- Create interactive and user friendly dashboards with a strong focus on UX/UI and data visualization best practices
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data retrieval processes to support reporting requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate reporting requirements into technical solutions
- Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and efficient data integration
- Optimize dashboard and report performance for large datasets
- Support deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancements of BI solutions
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to MicroStrategy reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a MicroStrategy Developer in enterprise environments
- Strong hands on experience with MicroStrategy Dashboard Development and Reporting
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
- Good understanding of ETL processes and data integration concepts

About The Role
- We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Developer to join a client project based in Dubai.
- This is an initial one month contract, with the potential for extension depending on project needs and performance.
- The successful candidate will work full time at the client's premises in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and scorecards based on business requirements.
- Create interactive and user friendly dashboards with a strong focus on UX/UI and data visualization best practices.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data retrieval processes to support reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a MicroStrategy Developer in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands on experience with MicroStrategy Dashboard Development and Reporting (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and data modeling.
- Experience designing intuitive and visually appealing data visualizations and dashboards (UX/UI).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Good understanding of ETL processes and data integration concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Working Arrangement
- Location: Client premises in Dubai.
- Work Schedule: Full time, on site.
- Contract Duration: Initial 1 month, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements.
