- Handle resale listings, including Residential, plots, villas & townhouses across Dubai.
- Prospect, source, and secure new resale listings and property owners.
- Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and pricing strategies for resale properties.
- Build strong client relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, communities, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage CRM entries, maintain accurate client records, and follow up on all leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales manager and team to achieve monthly targets.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold high quality service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of resale/secondary market experience in Dubai real estate
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and resale procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proven track record in closing resale deals
- Must be currently based in Dubai
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid UAE driving license required
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
- Mandatory: English

Role Overview
