- Ensure high service levels including order follow ups, delivery coordination, and minimum order enforcement
- Manage administrative account tasks such as pricing updates, account changes, and equipment updates
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in inside sales
- Experience working with CRM or sales systems
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)

About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic, results driven Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about building strong customer relationships.
- In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of approximately 1,000 B2B customers, primarily through phone, email, and web portal interactions.
Your Impact

What You Bring
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in inside sales
- Experience working with CRM or sales systems
- Strong communication and relationship building skills

Compensation
- CAD $45,700.00 $55,000.00 annually
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
