About the Role

  • We are looking for a dynamic, results driven Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about building strong customer relationships.
  • In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of approximately 1,000 B2B customers, primarily through phone, email, and web portal interactions.

Your Impact

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Drive incremental growth through cross selling, upselling, and expanding product categories
  • Proactively reach out to customers to generate orders and maintain strong relationships
  • Execute national sales initiatives, product launches, and growth programs
  • Partner closely with Account Managers to maximize portfolio potential
  • Ensure high service levels (order follow ups, delivery coordination, minimum order enforcement)
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to provide best in class customer support
  • Manage administrative account tasks (pricing updates, account changes, equipment updates)

What You Bring

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in inside sales
  • Experience working with CRM or sales systems
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills

  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)

  • Ability to quickly build trust and maintain customer relationships

Compensation

  • CAD $45,700.00 $55,000.00 annually
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
