- Manage and strengthen relationships with Agency Partners and Customers in western Canada
- Support development and execution of sales plans to meet sales and profit objectives
- Introduce and launch new products at points of sale
- Oversee budget management and prepare sales forecasts
- Communicate with KDP's Agency Partners and Customers to coordinate banner priorities, promotions, and new product launches
- Prepare presentations, business reviews, and sales reports to identify growth opportunities
- Utilize data from internal reports and market trends to advise on customer growth strategies
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to develop effective marketing and promotional plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- 7 10 years of experience managing key accounts in the CPG industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (ACD, EX Focus)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and time management abilities
- Self motivated with a dynamic approach and leadership qualities
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment

- CAD 86,200 CAD 112,200 annually
