  • Contrat à temps plein de 14 mois / 14 month full time contract.
  • Supervises all marketing initiatives for Keurig Authorized Distributors (KAD) channels while identifying growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITÉS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the strategic planning and deployment of the complete KAD annual marketing & commercial strategies.
  • Lead commercialization materials, programs, customer facing tools, and go to market development.
  • Manage budget planning, spend tracking, forecasting, and financial governance across all commercial marketing activities.
  • Guide a dedicated innovation committee in framing the 3 year strategic pipeline priorities.
  • Work closely with Innovation and cross functional teams through stage gate processes.
  • Develop periodic/quarterly promotional strategies and pay for performance programs.
  • Amplify KDP as a leading beverage provider on the Canadian commercial market.
  • Lead the strategic planning and deployment of the complete KAD digital ecosystem.
  • Manage, report on KPI and drive evolution of the AFH digital ecosystem.
  • Approve all KAD customer facing messaging in compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage agencies, designers, production partners, and briefing processes.
  • Partner across Sales, Brand Marketing, RGM, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Omni, Business Intelligence, and leadership teams.

EXIGENCES / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing or CPG commercialization.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the commercial distribution industry.
  • Experience in planning, executing and evaluating promotional activities.
  • Experience with launching products with success and navigating stage gate process.
  • Experience in working as part of a cross functional team and with creative & digital agencies.
  • Experience with managing a team or coaching collaborators in reaching business objectives.
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual: French (High writing proficiency) & English (Written & spoken).

Rémunération globale / Total Rewards

  • CAD 95,300.00 CAD 110,000.00 annually.
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
