Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of automated and digital reporting solutions using Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate
- Drive reporting standardization and automation across multiple projects
- Develop and maintain a centralized reporting ecosystem covering large and complex portfolios
- Design and implement data collection, validation, and integration processes across multiple stakeholders
- Consolidate and analyse data to produce weekly, bi weekly, and monthly reports for senior leadership
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all reporting streams
- Collaborate closely with Planning teams to integrate and automate Primavera P6 schedule data into reporting systems
- Monitor and report on schedule performance, milestone tracking, delays, and project progress
- Develop and implement a comprehensive KPI framework covering financial, commercial, quality, program, and construction performance
- Design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards integrating data from multiple sources
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure delivery alignment
- Lead and manage the reporting team, ensuring high performance and continuous development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- 15+ years of experience including 5 years PgMC/PMC Managerial experience in project reporting, PMO, or program controls
- Proven experience in digital reporting transformation and automation
- Strong expertise in Power BI (advanced), PowerApps & Power Automate, Primavera P6, Advanced Excel and data modelling

Job Description Overview
- The Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of integrated reporting systems across large scale infrastructure and asset programs.
- The role focuses on driving digital transformation through automated reporting solutions, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful data to support strategic decision making.
Your role
- Lead the implementation of automated and digital reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Drive reporting standardization and automation across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a centralized reporting ecosystem covering large and complex portfolios.
- Design and implement data collection, validation, and integration processes across multiple stakeholders, contractors, and systems.
- Consolidate and analyse data to produce weekly, bi weekly, and monthly reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all reporting streams.
- Collaborate closely with Planning teams to integrate and automate Primavera P6 schedule data into reporting systems.
- Monitor and report on schedule performance, milestone tracking, delays, and project progress.
- Translate complex schedule data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive KPI framework covering financial, commercial, quality, program, and construction performance.
- Manage the full KPI lifecycle—definition, alignment, measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure KPIs are aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.
Dashboard & Visualization
- Design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards integrating data from multiple sources.
- Provide real time visibility into project performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Continuously enhance dashboards to improve usability and decision support.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure delivery alignment.
- Present insights, trends, and performance updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality data submission.
Leadership & Governance
- Lead and manage the reporting team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Establish reporting governance, standards, and best practices across the program.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reporting processes and tools.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience including 5 years PgMC/PMC Managerial experience in project reporting, PMO, or program controls, preferably in infrastructure or large scale programs.
- Proven experience in digital reporting transformation and automation.
- Strong expertise in: Power BI (advanced), PowerApps & Power Automate, Primavera P6, Advanced Excel and data modelling.
