- Lead the coordination and management of all design activities on infrastructure projects
- Review and validate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist designs to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project requirements
- Develop and maintain the project design program, aligning it with procurement and construction timelines
- Manage the design team, including internal staff and external consultants
- Conduct regular design reviews and clash detection, ensuring integration across disciplines
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to secure required approvals and permits
- Provide technical input during tendering and construction stages, resolving design related issues
- Monitor design changes, assess impacts, and manage design related risks and opportunities
- Ensure that the design is buildable, cost effective, and aligns with sustainability and safety goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in design management on infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and interdisciplinary coordination
- Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and project management tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Overview
