- Supervise day to day MEP site activities to ensure compliance with contract drawings, specifications, and approved shop drawings.
- Monitor installation of HVAC systems, Plumbing & drainage, Fire & life safety systems, Electrical systems (power & lighting).
- Ensure works are carried out in line with approved method statements and HSE requirements.
- Review and provide input on shop drawings, material submittals, method statements.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and rail systems teams to resolve interface issues.
- Identify design or execution clashes and support timely resolution.
- Monitor contractor performance and progress against schedule.
- Raise and track snags, NCRs (Non Conformance Reports) and ensure closure.
- Support the enforcement of quality and workmanship standards.
- Assist in progress reporting and tracking of deliverables.
- Conduct site inspections and testing of MEP installations.
- Witness testing and commissioning activities.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in MEP engineering
- Prior experience in transportation or large infrastructure projects preferred
- Experience working in Middle East projects, preferably KSA
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical systems, Fire & life safety, Plumbing systems
- Familiarity with international standards and local authority regulations (RTA, DEWA, NFPA, etc.)
- Experience with testing & commissioning processes

Job Description Overview
- We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior MEP Engineer to support the delivery of MEP works on a transportation project.
- The role involves site supervision, technical coordination, and contractor management, ensuring that all MEP systems are executed in line with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Resident Engineer and multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the efficient and compliant delivery of complex rail infrastructure.
Your role Construction Supervision
- Supervise day to day MEP site activities to ensure compliance with contract drawings, specifications, and approved shop drawings.
- Monitor installation of: HVAC systems, Plumbing & drainage, Fire & life safety systems, Electrical systems (power & lighting).
- Ensure works are carried out in line with approved method statements and HSE requirements.
Technical Review & Coordination
- Review and provide input on: Shop drawings, Material submittals, Method statements.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and rail systems teams to resolve interface issues.
- Identify design or execution clashes and support timely resolution.
Contractor Management
- Monitor contractor performance and progress against schedule.

Inspection & Quality Assurance
- Conduct site inspections and testing of MEP installations.

- Ensure compliance with: Project quality standards, Local authority regulations (RTA, DEWA, Civil Defence as applicable).
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular updates to the Resident Engineer.
- Participate in coordination and progress meetings.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and consultants on site.
About you Experience
- 12–15 years of experience in MEP engineering.
- Prior experience in transportation or large infrastructure projects preferred.
- Experience working in Middle East projects, preferably KSA.
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including: HVAC, Electrical systems, Fire & life safety, Plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with international standards and local authority regulations (RTA, DEWA, NFPA, etc.).
