Provide strategic leadership for the maintenance and reliability of critical coating-line assets.
Ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations while maximizing equipment availability.

Our Team
Work with a collaborative manufacturing team responsible for operational excellence across coating operations.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, and Production teams to improve reliability and support site growth.
What You Will Do
- Lead the reliability and maintenance strategy for critical coating-line assets.
- Create value through proactive maintenance programmes, reliability initiatives, and data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities that improve safety, quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop and mentor maintenance professionals and foster accountability and continuous learning.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Lead shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities.
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and commissioning activities.
- Champion safety, environmental stewardship, compliance, and a zero-incident mindset.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience leading maintenance and reliability activities in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
- Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance planning, work management, and reporting.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering, root cause analysis, and asset management practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background supporting coating lines, metal processing, steel manufacturing, or continuous process operations.
- Knowledge of motors and drives, PLC/DCS systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
- Proficiency with SAP PM or other advanced CMMS platforms.
- Success leading shutdowns, turnarounds, and reliability improvement projects.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing maintenance budgets and capital improvement projects.
