Role Overview
Guardian Industries is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for its Operations team in Ras Al Khaimah.
The role assists in leading the maintenance team and supports safety, manufacturing performance, customer focus, and equipment reliability.
What You Will Do
- Lead five or six technicians and promote employee involvement, ownership, accountability, and safety.
- Monitor corrective, preventive, condition-monitoring, continuous-improvement, and quality activities during the maintenance shift.
- Support production processes and optimize maintenance execution to deliver business value.
- Prepare work procedures, job hazard analyses, permits, meetings, and coordination sessions with affected departments.
- Attend breakdowns and ensure routine, preventive, CPSS, and emergency asset maintenance are completed.
- Collaborate with Production when planning maintenance activities.
- Maintain EH&S standards through energy controls, risk assessments, and stakeholder meetings.
- Plan, prioritize, execute, hand over, and take over shift maintenance work.
- Assess talent gaps, conduct performance reviews, motivate employees, and coach technicians.
- Review work instructions and preventive-maintenance plans to improve efficiency and close gaps.
