Role Overview
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
Meet client needs through personalized financial advice and relationship management.
Deepen client engagement, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams on comprehensive solutions.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Make 60-70 targeted outbound calls daily to prospective inquiries and leads.
- Work toward monthly sales targets and quotas, identify customer needs, and close sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize revenue.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure progress, and develop strategies.
- Build customer rapport, maintain trust, and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Update customer information and call outcomes in CRM systems.
- Conduct timely lead follow-ups and send customers necessary information or updates.
- Monitor daily call and sales performance and seek feedback from management.
