Role Overview
Drive growth and expansion of the client base through new business development and sales activity.
Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment centered on innovation and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 60-70 targeted outbound calls daily to prospective inquiries and leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize revenue.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure progress, and develop strategies.
- Build customer rapport, maintain relationships, and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain product and service knowledge and communicate benefits clearly.
- Update customer information and call outcomes in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads and send customers relevant information or updates.
- Monitor daily call and sales performance and seek feedback from management.
