About the Role
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to acquire and manage privilege segment customers, build long-term relationships, and cross-sell retail banking products. Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire privilege segment customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to target potential markets for privilege customers.
- Conduct sourcing activities such as company visits, kiosk setups, and field activities to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with privilege customers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries, complaints, and service requirements.
- Promote and cross sell the bank's retail products, including credit cards, overdrafts, fixed deposits, and savings accounts.
- Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate units for specialized banking products or services.
Requirements
- Experience in customer acquisition and relationship management, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to target potential markets.
- Knowledge of retail banking products such as credit cards, overdrafts, fixed deposits, and savings accounts.
- Experience in conducting sourcing activities like company visits, kiosk setups, and field activities.
