- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors aligned with business requirements
- Negotiate commercials and finalize agreements ensuring healthy unit economics
- Build a strong and reliable vendor network across priority geographies
- Monitor vendor performance against defined SLAs
- Conduct regular performance reviews and take corrective actions
- Work with underperforming vendors to improve operational standards
- Ensure high reliability of vendor operations across active jobs
- Act as escalation point for critical operational issues involving vendors
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in vendor management, sales, or related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to monitor and improve vendor performance
- Experience with vendor onboarding and enablement

Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding

Vendor Performance Management
- Monitor vendor performance against defined SLAs (timeliness, service quality, customer satisfaction).
- Conduct regular performance reviews and take corrective actions where required.
- Work closely with underperforming vendors to improve operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with agreed operational and service standards at all times.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure high reliability of vendor operations across active jobs.
- Act as escalation point for critical operational issues involving vendors.
- Support continuous improvement in execution quality and process efficiency.
