Role Description

  • The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, activating broker channels and representing Casa Vista Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiate offers with buyers and brokers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Respond promptly to all incoming leads from digital channels, walk ins, referrals, and brokers.
  • Maintain professional communication across phone, WhatsApp, email and in person interactions.
  • Update CRM with accurate lead status, notes, follow ups, and conversion progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms across Dubai.
  • Conduct regular broker briefings, both in office and at external offices.
  • Ensure brokers are well informed on project updates, pricing, inventory, and offers.
  • Maximize broker network contribution to overall sales numbers.
  • Attend scheduled client meetings inside and outside the office.
  • Provide personalized consultation to clients and guide them through the booking and sales process.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or client relationship management in the UAE market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high value deals.
  • Experience working with brokers and managing broker networks is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market trends, competitors, pricing structures, and project launches.
  • Hands on experience with CRM systems (e.g., PropSpace, Bitrix, HubSpot) and digital lead management tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Russian and Arabic speakers preferred.

  • Excellent communication across phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person meetings.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and broker relationships.
  • Professional, customer focused, and confident in brand representation.
  • Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market, competitors, and project positioning.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and meetings.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and reporting.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and effective in fast paced environments.
