Responsibilities
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis and customer profiling sessions to understand clients' financial objectives
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by providing regular market updates, investment insights, and guidance on financial products
- Work with team manager to develop and execute monthly plans to achieve and exceed sales, acquisition, and revenue targets
- Source and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and client referrals
- Deliver high quality after sales service to clients
- Manage client retention and anti attrition initiatives
- Organize and conduct sales presentations for groups, associations, companies, and other organizations
- Ensure full compliance with Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Priority Banking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Affluent Banking
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Priority Banking, and Financial Advisory products and services
- Proven experience in client acquisition, portfolio growth, relationship management, and sales target achievement
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and wealth solutions

About the Role
