About the Role

  • Our client, a leader in the Private Banking Sector, is seeking a Relationship Manager to maximize new business acquisition and deepen relationships with existing Priority Clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional financial needs analysis and customer profiling sessions.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships with regular market updates and investment insights.
  • Work with team manager to develop monthly plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Source new business opportunities through prospecting and client referrals.
  • Deliver high quality after sales service.
  • Manage client retention and anti attrition initiatives.
  • Organize and conduct sales presentations.
  • Generate referrals through internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with AML requirements.

About You

  • Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Priority Banking, and Financial Advisory products.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Priority Banking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Affluent Banking.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, portfolio growth, relationship management, and sales target achievement.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and wealth solutions.
