About The Role
We are currently seeking a
Front Desk Receptionist
to join a leading
multinational banking client
in Dubai.
The role combines
customer interaction, call handling, and administrative coordination,
delivering a seamless front desk experience and supporting daily branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Managing front desk operations, including visitor registration, ID verification, and directing guests to the appropriate departments
- Handling incoming calls, screening and routing inquiries efficiently while maintaining excellent communication standards
- Coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meeting room bookings and setups
- Providing day-to-day administrative support such as handling mail, courier services, filing, and documentation
- Liaising with internal teams and external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, and security) to ensure smooth office operations
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure front desk area in line with banking policies and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Have
- 2–3 years of experience
- in receptionist or administrative roles
- Possess strong communication and customer service skills
- Are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
- Chinese-speaking candidates preferred
