Role Overview
Identify, market, and book new liability and transaction business accounts while supporting portfolio growth.
Manage and grow a portfolio of business liability customers through low-cost transactional money.
Grow the business by adding new business customers.
Core Responsibilities
- Work closely with other units to maximize cross-sell opportunities.
- Meet financial targets.
- Handle client service requirements through coordination with service and back-office teams.
- Resolve SAS and Correspondent Bank queries within department turnaround times.
- Coordinate effectively with peers and support staff.
- Translate market feedback into product development and innovative customer offerings.
Requirements
- Mandarin speaking capability is required.
- Over 10 years of experience in branch banking, operations, relationship management, or customer service is required.
- Experience in a similar HNWI relationship management role is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the target market and its requirements is required.
- HNWI relationship management skills and good working knowledge of RAKBANK products are required.
Compliance and Controls
- Ensure clients conform to the bank's compliance criteria.
- Comply with internal and regulatory requirements while onboarding clients.
- Adhere to bank processes and controls in line with bank guidelines.
