About the Role

- Manage a set of existing Small Enterprise relationships and originate new ones
- Achieve assigned financial and non financial objectives by meeting customer needs
- Cross sell complete range of banking products to enhance relationship revenue
- Conduct annual/periodic credit facility reviews and recommend appropriate facilities
- Monitor assigned relationships for satisfactory account conduct and early rectification of issues
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory policies regarding KYC/AML
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant banking experience in local or international market
- MBA/CA or regular graduate with adequate relevant experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good team player

Job Overview
