About the Role
Mashreq is seeking a Relationship Banker for its Retail Banking Group in Abu Dhabi to achieve monthly sales targets, prospect customers, and sell personal banking products. The role requires 2 years of banking sales experience and a graduate degree.

Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year
- Prospect in targeted segments through phone calls and face to face visits
- Present and sell all personal banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical and professional manner
- Conduct micro marketing activities including kiosk and direct marketing
- Handle objections to get customers to buy or transfer payroll
- Ensure end to end customer TAT is met for all applications with quality adherence
- Ensure strict compliance with bank policy regarding product, KYC, FATCA, AML CTF, and third party interactions
- Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts
- Participate in team activities like morning huddles, training, coaching, and complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings
Requirements
- Graduate from any discipline
- 2 years banking sales experience
- Sales profile with confidence, persistence, and verbal/written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of products, service policies and processes of Retail Banking
