- Act as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision
- Develop and execute a world class compliance framework and training programme
- Support regulatory licence applications
- Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
- Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
- Participate and advise on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support Operations team
- Support interactions with regulators
Requirements
- Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
- Understanding of digital asset products
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
- Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
- Solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
- Ability to communicate positively with regulators and internal teams

About the Role
- We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance.
- You‘ll be responsible for advising our business on crypto compliance requirements and related controls.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
- Developing and executing a world class compliance framework and training programme.
- Supporting regulatory licence applications.
- Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture.
