Lead student records, registration, enrollment administration, academic records, graduation processes, transcript services, compliance, and registrar operations.
Ensure student records are accurate, secure, accessible, and maintained according to institutional policies, academic standards, privacy requirements, and regulations.
Work Arrangement
- The position is fully remote and based within the United Arab Emirates.
- The employment type is full-time.
Registrar Operations
- Manage day-to-day registrar operations and student academic administration.
- Develop policies, procedures, workflows, and service standards for registrar functions.
- Oversee registration, enrollment, add/drop activities, withdrawals, transfers, and status changes.
- Coordinate registration periods, academic calendars, enrollment deadlines, communications, and issue resolution.
- Manage student inquiries, complaints, appeals, exceptions, and complex administrative cases.
Records and Graduation
- Maintain student academic records, academic histories, grades, credits, program requirements, transfer credits, and completion records.
