- Provide direct, evidence based nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with ICU standards
- Monitor, interpret, and respond to complex clinical data, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps
- Participate in emergency and rapid response interventions, ensuring timely and appropriate escalation
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in the EMR system
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and provide emotional support during critical situations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid DOH/DHA/MOH license or DOH eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required

- The Registered Nurse ICU is responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of individualized nursing care to patients and their family members according to current best evidence based standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence‑based nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with ICU standards.
- Monitor, interpret, and respond to complex clinical data, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
