- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced, matrixed environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools

As Regional Manager of Total Rewards for IMEA, YOU WILL:
- Partner with the Global Total Rewards COE to design and implement compensation and benefits programs.
- Support transformation initiatives related to total rewards.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and local leadership to align total rewards approaches.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends.
- Lead communication efforts around changes to total rewards programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the administration and communication of employee wellbeing and benefits initiatives.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools and methodologies to guide decision making.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in total rewards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
- Fluent in English and Marathi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience in a large, global company or in total rewards consulting.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
