- Partner with Global Total Rewards COE to design and implement compensation and benefits programs
- Support transformation initiatives related to total rewards, ensuring they are data driven and agile
- Collaborate with HR business partners and local leadership to align total rewards approaches
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends and benchmark programs
- Lead communication efforts around changes to total rewards programs
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
- Partner with key vendors on benefits programs to ensure compliance and best practices
- Assist in administration and communication of employee wellbeing and benefits initiatives
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools to guide decision making and assess program effectiveness
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in total rewards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data
- Fluent in English and Marathi
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced, matrixed environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to remain composed under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools
- Experience in a large, global company or in total rewards consulting (preferred)
- Familiarity with Workday HCM (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

As Regional Manager of Total Rewards for IMEA, YOU WILL:
- Partner with the Global Total Rewards COE to design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with business goals and market trends.
- Support transformation initiatives related to total rewards, ensuring they are data driven, agile, and aligned with evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and local leadership to align total rewards approaches and processes with the HR operating model and market best practices.
- Execute multi year plans that support total rewards transformation efforts across HR and the broader business.
- Develop and deliver clear and concise communications regarding program changes.
- Educate HRBPs, managers, and employees on policies, guidelines, and program updates.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging strategies.
- Benchmark programs against industry peers to ensure competitiveness and adjust as necessary.
- Leverage knowledge of regional cultural and economic trends to tailor Total Rewards strategies for the India, Middle East, and African markets.
- Lead communication efforts around changes to total rewards programs

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in total rewards
