About The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth for the Ventomatic product line across the Middle East.
  • You will identify new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with key customers and partners, and expand market presence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across Middle East.
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Execute sales strategies aligned with regional targets and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with technical and proposal teams to develop competitive and customized solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies in line with company guidelines and market dynamics.
  • Support the development of marketing and sales initiatives to strengthen market presence.

You bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B industrial sales (cement or building materials industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East cement and building materials market and key customer segments.
  • Experience in technical solution selling and working with cross functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
