- Drive regional sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Middle East
- Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Execute sales strategies aligned with regional targets and market conditions
- Collaborate with technical and proposal teams to develop competitive and customized solutions
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
- Contribute to pricing strategies in line with company guidelines and market dynamics
- Support the development of marketing and sales initiatives to strengthen market presence
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5 10 years of experience in B2B industrial sales (cement or building materials industry preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong understanding of the Middle East cement and building materials market
- Experience in technical solution selling and working with cross functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Willingness to travel within the region

About The Role
- We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth for the Ventomatic product line across the Middle East.
- You will identify new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with key customers and partners, and expand market presence.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across Middle East.
- Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Execute sales strategies aligned with regional targets and market conditions.

You bring

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East cement and building materials market and key customer segments.
- Experience in technical solution selling and working with cross functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
