The Regional Sales Manager will grow customers and revenue across government, semi-government and service-provider accounts in the UAE.
Your Impact
- Acquire and develop government, semi-government and service-provider customers in the UAE.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers while expanding customer contacts through on-site visits.
- Manage the full sales cycle with local sales partners and resellers, including proofs of concept and contract conclusion.
- Prepare offers and process orders from end customers, channel partners and distributors.
- Present targeted solutions to C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales partners, sales engineering, field sales engineers and internal stakeholders.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least four years of professional experience selling network monitoring software or similar solutions.
- Experience working with resellers or distributors in the Middle East.
- Completed business or technical studies, comparable training or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel at least 50 percent.
- Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
- Arabic speaker is required.
Preferred and Required Skills
- MEDDICC, Challenger Sales or Sandler Training experience is advantageous.
- Microsoft Office knowledge is required; Salesforce and NetSuite knowledge is advantageous.
- Analytical, independent, precise, resilient, flexible and goal-oriented working style.
