Regional Sales Manager

Acquisition and focus on hunting Government, Semi-Government, Service Provider customers in UAE (up and cross selling of products to existing customers), maintaining and expanding customer contacts through on site visits

Responsibility for the entire sales cycle together with our local sales partners/resellers (POC together with our sales engineering team/field sales engineers and resellers up to contract negotiation/conclusion)

Preparation of offers, acceptance and processing of orders from end customers, channel partners and distributors

Meddicc, Challenger Sales, Sandler Training experience an advantage

Convince people through targeted solution presentations at C-level

Close collaboration with our sales partners and internal stakeholders; e.g. sales engineering

Completed business or technical studies or comparable training or professional experience

At least 4 years of professional experience in sales of network monitoring software, preferably SolarWinds/Paessler/Riverbed/Dynatrace or similar local Vendor. Willingness to travel 50% +

Experience working with resellers or distributors in the Middle East

Analytical, independent, and precise way of working as well as the will and ambition for personal development

High work motivation, reliability, and loyalty as well as pragmatism and solution orientation - can-do mentality

Very good knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, Netsuite is an advantage

Resilience, flexibility, goal orientation and assertiveness

Arabic Speaker is a must

Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
