Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding business opportunities in the conveyor systems and maintenance services sector across the MENA region.
The role requires a strong technical understanding of conveyor systems combined with commercial and sales expertise to provide value-driven solutions to industrial clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities within the conveyor systems and maintenance services segment across the MENA region.
- -Utilize existing industry networks within sectors such as mining, cement, ports, steel, and aggregates.
- -Conduct technical site visits to assess equipment reliability and identify operational challenges.
- -Analyze technical performance data and commercial metrics to support solution-based selling.
- -Prepare customized technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- -Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
- -Collaborate closely with engineering, service, and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- -Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- -Travel extensively across the MENA region for client meetings, project discussions, and business development.
