- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and exceed sales targets
- Drive the growth of the Hyalure Aesthetic portfolio across key accounts and target customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to execute effective product launches and promotional activities
- Analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts, and implement action plans to maximize regional growth
- Ensure CRM accuracy, sales reporting, and compliance with company policies
- Recruit, develop, and retain high performing sales talent
- Represent KAP Health at industry meetings, congresses, and professional events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Proven experience managing and developing high performing sales teams
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic injectable products, including dermal fillers
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving regional business growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the Kingdom
- Fluency in Arabic and English
