The Opportunity

  • HYALURE™ is entering an era of rapid international expansion, with direct market operations launching across Europe, MENA, LATAM and Asia.
  • We are looking for a hands on Finance Manager to run the day to day finance operations of a fast growing international business.
  • Based in Dubai, you will report directly to the executive leadership.

What you will do: Financial Management & Reporting

  • Manage day to day bookkeeping and month end close across all group entities
  • Bring historical records fully up to date, including backlog bookkeeping and reconciliation of outstanding supplier and adviser invoices
  • Own group consolidation and multi entity reporting, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting
  • Provide commercial analysis to support business decisions

Tax, VAT & Statutory Compliance

  • Manage VAT registrations and filings across all jurisdictions in which the group operates, including assessing and completing new registrations where required
  • Manage corporate tax compliance for every entity, working alongside external advisors and ensuring all filings and deadlines are met
  • Support cross border tax matters, including transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements
  • Ensure compliance across VAT, withholding tax and IFRS reporting requirements

Accounts Payable, Receivable & Cash

  • Run the order to cash process end to end: distributor invoicing, credit control, collections and account reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable, including supplier invoice processing, reconciliation of outstanding balances and payment runs
  • Manage treasury, cash flow planning and banking relationships, including opening and maintaining accounts across group entities
  • Own employee expense processes, from policy to reimbursement

Systems, Controls & Clean up

  • Standardise the chart of accounts and accounting policies across the group
  • Implement scalable financial systems, controls and processes, replacing manual workarounds
  • Build and document core finance SOPs so the function runs consistently as the team grows
  • Support annual audits and statutory filings across all group entities, including bringing overdue items current

What you bring

  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience
  • Experience operating in an entrepreneurial, fast scaling business, comfortable building processes as well as managing them
  • A genuine appetite for clean up work: reconciliations, backlogs and untangling legacy positions do not scare you
  • Expertise in tax, VAT and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong commercial acumen alongside technical financial expertise
  • Fluency in English
  • Background in medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, MedTech or life sciences, with an understanding of the regulatory and commercial dynamics of our sector, is an advantage
