The Opportunity
HYALURE™ is entering an era of rapid international expansion.
With direct market operations launching across Europe, MENA, LATAM and Asia.
We are looking for an exceptional Finance Director to be the financial architect of HYALURE™'s global growth.
This is not a custodian role.
This is a builder role for a commercial finance leader who understands the complexity of operating across Global regulatory environments, has the operational depth to integrate finance into the heart of our business, and the strategic vision to support a company moving at pace toward its next chapter.
Based in Dubai, you will report directly to the executive leadership and be a trusted voice at the table as we scale.
Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the full financial function across HYALURE™'s Global Entities, with responsibility for group consolidation and multi-entity reporting
- Partner with the Executive Team on financial strategy, investment decisions, capital allocation
- Build and maintain a robust financial model to support continued expansion across LATAM, MENA and Asia operations
- Provide commercial analysis and scenario planning to underpin strategic decisions including new market entries
Tax, VAT & Statutory Compliance
- Own end-to-end statutory compliance - corporate tax, VAT, IRES, IRAP working alongside external advisors and ensuring regulatory accuracy across all entities
- Manage cross-border tax considerations, including transfer pricing frameworks
- Lead payroll and HR finance
- Ensure Global compliance across VAT, withholding tax and IFRS reporting requirements
Operations & Control
- Implement scalable financial systems, controls and processes
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, treasury, cash management and banking relationships
- Lead annual audit and statutory filing processes across all group entities
- Partner with the supply chain and operations team to ensure financial oversight of the Italian manufacturing facility
What You Bring
- 5+ years of progressive finance leadership
- Experience operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-scaling business comfortable building processes as well as managing them
- Expertise in tax, VAT, payroll and statutory compliance
- Exceptional commercial acumen alongside technical financial expertise
- Fluency English
- Background in medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, MedTech or life sciences — with an understanding of the regulatory and commercial dynamics of our sector is an advantage
- Fundraising planning is an advantage
- Fluency in Italian is an advantage
