The Role

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Own the supply relationship with our manufacturing partner - forecasting, placing and tracking orders for finished product.
• Source ancillary supplies, packaging and consumables; build and maintain an approved-supplier list and supply/quality agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, minimum order quantities and lead times.
• Issue and track purchase orders through to delivery, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Identify cost savings and secondary-source options to protect supply continuity.

Logistics & Distribution

• Plan and coordinate international shipments to distributors, partners and clinics across MENA, Europe and export markets.
• Manage freight forwarders, couriers and 3PL partners; own routing, Incoterms and freight cost.
• Manage inbound flows from the manufacturing partner into the warehouse network and replenishment transfers between sites.
• Oversee import/export documentation and customs clearance across the UAE, EU and destination markets.
• Ensure temperature-controlled handling and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for medical-device and biologic products.

Inventory, Warehousing & Operations

• Manage our three warehouses across Europe and MENA - overseeing goods-in/goods-out, storage conditions, stock counts and the performance of warehouse and 3PL partners.
• Maintain accurate inventory across all sites; set reorder points, safety-stock levels and optimal stock allocation across the network.
• Manage lot/batch traceability and shelf life on a first-expiry-first-out basis; control expiries and quarantine stock.
• Build and run demand and supply forecasts together with the commercial team.
• Administer the ERP / inventory system and keep operational SOPs current.

Compliance, Cost & Reporting

• Support shipment-level regulatory documentation (CE certificates, certificates of free sale and origin, import permits) alongside the Regulatory team.
• Track and report supply-chain KPIs - OTIF, stock accuracy, lead time and landed cost.
• Support returns and recall processes and maintain audit-ready records.
• Partner with Finance on landed cost, accruals and supplier reconciliation.

What You Bring

• 6+ years in procurement, supply chain or logistics, preferably with medical devices, pharmaceuticals or regulated healthcare products.
• A track record of building and systematising supply-chain and procurement processes from the ground up, ideally in an early-stage or scaling business - and the willingness to execute them hands-on.
• Hands-on experience with international import/export, customs and Incoterms across the EU and GCC/MENA.
• Working knowledge of GDP and cold-chain handling for temperature-sensitive products.
• Proven supplier negotiation and purchase-order / contract management.
• Proficiency with an ERP or inventory management system.
• Fluent English; Italian or Spanish an advantage given our manufacturing and commercial hubs.
• Degree in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field; CIPS or APICS/CSCP an asset.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with medical-device regulatory frameworks (CE / EU MDR) and distributor management.
• Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
