P&L and Financial Management
- Own regional P&L, revenue, gross profit, margins, budget, and operating costs.
- Monitor profitability, credit exposure, collections, and financial performance.
- Prepare forecasts, variance analyses, and corrective action plans.
Sales and Commercial Leadership
- Achieve regional and personal sales and gross profit targets.
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy and business plan.
- Manage and develop key account managers, business development managers, and sales executives.
- Build customer relationships, grow the sales pipeline, and close strategic opportunities.
- Promote integrated freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, customs, and terminal solutions.
Operations and Pricing
- Ensure customer solutions are operationally feasible and commercially profitable.
- Review pricing, cost sheets, surcharges, free time, transit times, and gross profit margins.
- Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, Customs, and Finance on service quality, billing, and collection performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ten to fifteen years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
- Proven experience managing a branch, commercial unit, or profit centre in Saudi Arabia.
- Established customer portfolio and active freight forwarding sales pipeline.
- Strong knowledge of ocean, air, cross-border road freight, and customs clearance.
- Strong understanding of sales, pricing, procurement, operations, customs, billing, and collections.
- Strong P&L management, negotiation, analytical, forecasting, and people-leadership skills.
