Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual revenue, gross profit, and gross-profit-margin targets.
- Develop account plans covering volume, trade lanes, wallet share, profitability, and growth opportunities.
- Retain strategic accounts and increase shipment volume, revenue, and share of wallet.
- Identify and convert Ocean, Air, and Road Freight opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage customer business reviews, RFQs, RFPs, and contract renewals.
- Coordinate service recovery, customer escalations, credit limits, and collection follow-up.
- Cross-sell integrated logistics solutions and protect long-term account profitability.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of direct freight-forwarding sales and account-management experience.
- Established customer relationships and a book of business in the relevant region.
- Strong active sales pipeline with opportunity value, gross-profit potential, and conversion timelines.
- Proven track record in customer retention, account growth, and target achievement.
- Strong knowledge of Ocean, Air, and Road Freight.
