• Regional Leadership & Performance Management
Lead and manage City Managers and Area Managers across the region.
Set KPIs, conduct business reviews, and build succession plans.
• Store Operations & Service Performance
Oversee end-to-end dark store operations from inbound and putaway through picking and dispatch.
Monitor performance dashboards and turnaround times.
• Cost Control & Unit Economics
Own the regional operating cost base including manpower, consumables, and equipment.
Drive cost-per-order improvement through process optimization.
• Talent, Hiring & Workforce Planning
Lead hiring and onboarding across the management layer.
Build a high-performance culture through coaching, recognition, and accountability.
• Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Lead operational audits and corrective action plans.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations.
- Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years in Operations, with 3+ years leading multi-store or multi-city teams
- Advanced Power BI and Excel for performance tracking and decision-making
