Role Overview
A growing Food and Beverage business is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager.
The role oversees operations across multiple branches in Bisha, Saudi Arabia.
The position focuses on multi-site management, brand excellence, business growth, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations, performance, brand standards, service excellence, food quality, hygiene, and procedures.
- Develop regional strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead branch managers and operational teams while monitoring KPIs, staffing, costs, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Support expansion opportunities, including new branch openings.
- Coordinate marketing, promotions, and customer experience improvements with senior management.
- Use ERP and operational systems, conduct branch audits, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably with established Food and Beverage brands.
- Experience managing multiple branches and regional operations.
- Background in brand management, quality assurance, marketing, and expansion strategies.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- ERP and workflow management tool proficiency.
- Fluent English and Arabic.
- International driving licence is mandatory.
- PMO, management, or strategy certifications are advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Accommodation or a housing allowance equivalent to 20% of basic salary is provided.
- Medical insurance, annual flight tickets, and statutory benefits are provided according to company policy.
- A performance bonus is available after successful completion of the probation period.
- The position is offered on a renewable contract.
Working Schedule
- The schedule is six days per week.
- Working hours are nine hours per day with flexible working hours.
Location
- The role is based in Bisha, Saudi Arabia, and is open to local and overseas candidates.
