Job Summary
The Regional Operations Manager leads multiple branches to ensure operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.
The role supports and develops Branch Managers and oversees cost control, sales, service, training, and inventory management.
Regular branch visits, audits, and meetings are used to maintain alignment with company standards.
Customer Interaction
- Deliver prompt and effective customer service through communication, issue resolution, and follow-up.
- Maintain professional and ethical relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
