Role Overview
The Branch Manager leads branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies.
The role oversees sales performance, customer service, inventory, merchandising, receiving, delivery, staffing, scheduling, and facility standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive customer service across phone, email, and fax.
- Build solution-focused relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support opening and closing operations and lead during the Branch Manager’s absence.
- Oversee accurate order entry, fulfillment, and customer-service quality.
- Manage after-hours responsibilities and maintain clear communication.
- Supervise and develop staff, manage schedules, and resolve conflicts.
- Coordinate activities with other branches.
- Perform additional duties as business needs evolve.
