About The Role
As Regional Marketing Manager for DENZA and YANGWANG in the Middle East, you will lead the strategic development and execution of premium and luxury automotive marketing initiatives across the region.
This role is responsible for building brand desirability, strengthening market positioning, driving qualified lead generation, and supporting commercial performance through integrated marketing, PR, events, partnerships, digital ecosystems, and dealer network coordination.
The position requires a strong understanding of premium and luxury consumer behavior, high-level storytelling capabilities, excellent cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple markets with a strong balance between brand building and business performance.
**Reports to:** Marketing & PR Director – Americas, Europe & Middle East & Africa
**Authority:** Regional marketing planning, campaign coordination, agency supervision, budget recommendation, and dealer marketing alignment across Middle East markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the regional marketing strategy for DENZA and YANGWANG across Middle East markets, ensuring strong alignment with global brand direction and local market opportunities.
- Build premium and luxury brand positioning through high-impact campaigns, PR initiatives, partnerships, experiential marketing, and cultural activations.
- Develop integrated marketing plans focused on increasing brand desirability, lead generation, test drives, and conversion performance.
- Coordinate the launch of new models and technologies across the region, ensuring consistent messaging and premium customer experience standards.
- Drive localization of global campaigns and assets to ensure cultural relevance and market effectiveness across GCC and Middle East countries.
- Manage and supervise dealer marketing activities, ensuring alignment with brand CI, communication standards, and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, digital, PR, and dealer teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition.
- Identify target audiences and develop customer segmentation strategies for premium and luxury automotive consumers.
- Lead regional PR and media relations initiatives, including media events, press conferences, influencer engagement, and executive visibility opportunities.
- Support strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and premium lifestyle collaborations to strengthen brand awareness and positioning.
- Monitor campaign performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Manage production partners, and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution and cost efficiency.
- Track marketing budgets, campaign ROI, and reporting processes across all Middle East markets.
- Ensure all marketing activities maintain the highest standards of premium brand experience and customer journey consistency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in automotive, premium/luxury brands, or high-end consumer industries.
- Strong experience managing regional marketing operations across multiple countries.
- Experience in luxury brand building, events, partnerships, digital marketing, and PR management.
- Strong understanding of Middle East market dynamics, premium consumer behavior, and cultural sensitivities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of organization, project management, and analytical capabilities.
- Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.
